This is what...

82 pairs of Crocs (and 80 pairs of socks) looks like!

Thanks to the extreme generosity of Tammy at Anderson's Shoes and Boots in Attalla, Alabama, we have LOTS of Crocs to take with us to AHOPE!

Not only did she get us the Crocs at cost - then offer to pay for half - she ended up deciding to pay for ALL!!! Just amazing! What a great woman! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TAMMY!

Those of you that have donated to our cause never fear! Because AHOPE is moving forward on some new initiatives, including a program that will help to provide proper care, medicine, and education to HIV infected children in Addis, but allows them to stay with their families. So, if we happen to have a few extra pairs of shoes, they will be well used. We also hope to be able to give some of the larger sizes to the caretakers that work so hard for these kids each day.

Hmmm... now the packing is the next issue! Wish us luck with that one!
